Availability
Items that are in stock typically ship in 1-2 business days. On the product page for products shipped directly from the manufacturer, an anticipated processing time is provided. We will inform you within 24 working hours if we are unable to fulfil your purchase due to insufficient stock. Please reply to that email if you have a deadline for your order so that our staff can come up with a solution for you if you have.

VI-RSÂ cancellation
Without prior warning, we have the right to cancel any order and issue a refund, credit, or reshipment. Additionally, VI-RS Store has the right to reject service, terminate accounts, and revoke your authorization to use its services. If we decide to do this, we won’t offer any kind of compensation for terminations resulting from behaviour that, in our sole judgement, violates our rules or any relevant laws, includes fraud or improper use of the VI-RS Store website, or poses a risk to our interests or the interests of another user.

Removing an Order
Likewise, we cannot guarantee that an order may be cancelled once it has been placed. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Your return credit may be reduced to reflect the cost of returning the products to stock and/or processing cancellations and/or returns. This cost might reach 50% of the cost of the item(s). Customised items cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.

Location of Installation
The installation service is exclusively accessible to business sites across the Virgin Islands US and will be delivered by a VI-RSÂ Store-certified service partner. Only new or replacement units at existing facilities are eligible for installation. We are unable to finish the installation in homes and food trucks that move around.

Installing Period
Installation costs are subject to vary depending on data from the Installation Service Survey and the supposition that installation will take place from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, as per standard business hours. Once your purchase has been placed, VI-RSStore will get in touch with you to finalise the cost of the installation service. The estimated delivery time indicated at checkout may also be increased by 5-7 business days if installation services are used.

Changing an Order
We cannot promise that your order may be changed once it has been placed. Please get in touch with us right away if you want to make changes to your order. Customised items cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.

All orders are subject to security checks before we begin processing them to safeguard the safety of our consumers when shopping online. Please bear this in mind when placing your purchase, since a small number of orders may have a little delay before processing. On-Site Pre-Installation Survey
VI-RS Store will reimburse additional costs that arise on the day of installation that led to the installation failing if the on-site survey prior to installation is chosen for the Installation Service. If the problems leading to an unsatisfactory installation were not discovered during the on-site examination, VI-RS Store will solely compensate these costs. Prior to installation, any difficulties found during the on-site assessment that need additional costs would be your obligation to cover. Although our service provider might not demand this service for every item, it might be necessary if the unit must be carried up or down stairs. In addition, you will still be billed for the site survey, which is part of the installation fee, if you decide to cancel an order that includes the purchase of Full-Service installation. If there are any problems with the order after it has been placed, we will email you.

Price Updates and Changes
Pricing is displayed on our website at the wholesale level and is continuously updated. Product pages will include price hikes from known and upcoming manufacturers. Unfortunately, our manufacturers don’t always provide us with this information prior to the effective date. We have the right to add manufacturer pricing increases to the order total for orders that are pending alternative payment or that have not been completely paid. If we learn that a manufacturer has raised the price on an outstanding order, we will get in touch with you to let you know about the new pricing, the additional payment that will be needed, and the deadline for that payment. We will cancel the transaction and return any payments made if you fail to make the extra payment requested on the order. We advise that you pay in full before the rise takes effect to guarantee that you receive the most accurate pricing on your transaction.

Without warning, all prices are liable to change. In the unlikely case that a product is mistakenly posted at an inaccurate price on the internet, VI-RS Store will, at our discretion, fix the error on any orders made for the product in question. This option can entail negotiating a price with the consumer or cancelling the transaction and issuing a full refund.

Receiving an incorrect good
Please preserve the item(s) unused and in the original packaging if you think you received the wrong product and get in touch with our Customer Solutions team. They’ll work with you to mail the proper item again, or they’ll give you a refund. We could ask you to provide us a photo of the defective item you got, and we’ll pay for the shipping to send it back.
Settlement of Disputes
You acknowledge and agree that instead of going to court, any disputes and claims relating to or resulting from your use of this website, these Conditions of Use, or their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination shall be settled by final and binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. One exception is that, if your claims are admissible, you can file them in small claims court.

In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and there are very few grounds for a court to examine or overturn an arbitration result. An arbitrator must abide by the provisions of VI-RS Store’s conditions of use just as a court would, and they can grant an individual the same damages and remedies that a court might directs.

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will administer the arbitration in accordance with its rules, including its Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes.
You must submit a Demand for Arbitration to the AAA in accordance with the AAA’s regulations in order to start an arbitration procedure. The regulations of the AAA shall regulate payment of all filing, administrative, and arbitration fees. If the arbitrator finds the claims to be frivolous, we shall pay those expenses for claims totalling less than $10,000. Similarly, unless the arbitrator finds the allegations to be frivolous, VI-RS Store will not request attorneys’ fees and expenses in the arbitration. You have the option of having the arbitration performed over the phone, through written submissions, in person in the county where you reside, or at a different place that has been mutually agreed upon.
Each of us commits to conducting any dispute resolution actions only on an individual basis, without engaging in a class, consolidated, or representative action. We individually renounce our right to a jury trial if a claim is handled in court rather than through arbitration for any reason. We also concur that any of us may file a lawsuit to prevent intellectual property rights from being violated or otherwise abused.
Governing Laws
Without regard to its rules on conflicts of law, the laws of the Virgin Islands US shall govern these Terms of Use and be followed in their interpretation.

SMS Text Messages
When items are out for delivery, delivered, or experience a difficulty, registered customers can sign up for “Shipment Updates via Text” in their account settings. Once you have completed the sign-up procedure, text messages will be issued for every product that is dispatched. For orders that are sent directly from one of our manufacturers, this service might not be offered and/or might not include tracking.

Payment Procedures
Credit Cards Accepted (Preferred Method)
We only accept online orders through our checkout procedure. Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover are just a few of the credit cards we take. As long as the card has been registered with a billing address, we may take the majority of prepaid credit cards. The order may only be filled using one credit card.

Various Payment Methods (Check, Money Order, ACH, Wire Transfer)
For orders with a total value of $500 or more, we accept wire transfers, checks, money orders, ACH transactions, and money orders. Till payment is received, the order will be put on hold.

Orders are only released to be processed for shipment when payment has been cleared. On Tuesdays and Fridays, personal checks are processed. They are kept for five business days until they clear. With a minimum one business day delay, all other alternative payment orders will be fulfilled as soon as payment is made.

Charges and Approvals
Once the first item (or items) in your order ship, your card will be charged in full. An authorization is put in place on your bank account for the amount of your order when you place an order on our website. An authorization is a message sent by your bank to our payment system confirming the validity of your card and the availability of the necessary cash. Until the funds are captured, these authorizations may appear as “pending” on your bank statement. The authorization will disappear from your bank statement after the order has been charged to the card, usually within 1-2 business days.

The length of time that credit and debit card issuers will retain an authorisation for a pending transaction varies. In order to prevent losing the authorisation, a member of our Payments team may get in touch with you if your order has a lengthy lead time. These money will be held on your bank account due to authorizations and/or pending transactions, which might result in overdraft fees. In the event of such an overdraft, VI-RS Store disclaims all responsibility for costs.

Currency
The website displays all prices in US Dollars ($). When placing an order outside of the US, the payments will be charged to your credit card in the local currency of the nation where the order was placed. When your order ships, not when it is placed, the exchange rate is fixed. A fee for currency conversion may also be assessed by credit card providers. We provide financing through Credit Key, a third party that provides Pay in 4 and conventional finance. Procurement Orders
Since we adjust our pricing in real-time and do not rely on specified prices, we are unable to accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment. All orders must be placed online and are subject to immediate full payment.
