Replenishment FeesYour return credit will be reduced by a restocking fee to reflect the expense of putting the items back into stock. For deliveries to business locations, this price is 20%; for deliveries to residential areas, it is 30%.Returns for Business and Residential ClientsRegularly stocked goods can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packing. Consumable goods and those that can be customised are not eligible for returns. Similar to special order items, not all drop-shipped goods (also known as “Drop Ship Products”) can be returned. Fees for replenishment A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to account for the cost of replenishing the products. This cost is 20% for delivery to commercial locations and 30% for deliveries to residential areas.Returns for Clients, Both Business and Residential Within 30 days of delivery, regularly stocked items can often be returned as long as they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Consumable items and bespoke items are excluded from the return policy. Not all drop-shipped items (sometimes called “Drop Ship Products”) can be returned, similar to the case with special order items.
Cancellation by VI-RS (Refund Policy)
Without prior notice, we have the right to cancel any order and issue a refund, credit, or reshipment. Additionally, VI-RS Store retains the right to reject service, close accounts, and revoke your authorization to use its services. If we decide to do this, we won’t offer any kind of compensation for terminations resulting from behaviour that, in our sole judgement, violates our policies or any relevant laws, involves fraud or improper use of the WebstaurantStore website, or poses a risk to our interests or the interests of another user.
